Muslim General Sultan Salahuddin Ayubi ruled Palestine, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt and conquered Bait ul Maqdas. But when he died, money was borrowed to arrange for his burial. After his death when his personal property was assessed, he was found to have one horse, one sword, one armour, one dinar and thirty six dirhams. He could not make for a pilgrimmage throughout his life despite of his great desire. (Muhammad Yasin, Faisalabad)
